The nRF52840 Dongle is a cheap and widely available USB dongle with an nRF52840 onboard.
The nRF52840 Dongle exposes the Blecon modem serialisation interface over USB and a physical UART port as below.

Please note that the Blecon Modem firmware configures the onboard regulator to output 3.0V, and pins to operate at the 3.0V level. However some other firmware might configure those differently (1.8V).
